Yesterday I snapped a picture—a picture that I wanted to share with the world.It was not a glorious sunset or an unforgettable moment in my family’s history.

No.

It was a page in a notebook. A page had scratch-outs, corrections, and undignified handwriting.

But it also held the beginning of a story—a book for young adults that will, one day, inspire thousands of readers.

I couldn’t help but notice the parallel between this page and our life. Each of us has moments that we’ve mentally crossed out. Messed up parts that are unsightly. Things we wish God had never allowed to happen.

But, like the page in my notebook, your life can also become a unique, powerful masterpiece. Put it in the hands of the Master and let Him write your story.
