What Charlton Heston can teach us about writing

My wife’s a student at Liberty University. This week she shared a story that one of her professors had posted online about Charlton Heston and the famous chariot race of Ben Hur.

As I listened, my inner writing motivator began doing back-flips SO… I’ve got this short video that I thought I’d share with you.

1. Commit to the Race
2. Expect a rough ride
3. Trust the Director
4. Train like your life depended on it
5. Redefine your view of success
