Words to live by

“A cheerful heart is great medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”-Proverbs 17:22

How many times have you sighed, cried or criticized in the past 24 hours? Now, the important question: how many times have you SMILED?

Keep your spirit up and chalk up the number of smiles.
